Role Description The Campus Growth Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Vishakhapatnam. This role involves driving awareness and adoption of Skill Vedanth’s programs across campuses through outreach, events, and partnerships. The specialist will engage with students, faculty, and campus organizations, present program offerings, and coordinate promotional activities and information sessions.

Daily responsibilities include identifying growth opportunities, managing lead pipelines, tracking campaign performance,



and collaborating with internal teams on marketing and sales initiatives. The role also includes collecting feedback from campus stakeholders, supporting enrollment processes, and maintaining consistent reporting on growth metrics.

Qualifications

- Robust communication and interpersonal skills to present, negotiate, and build relationships across campuses.
- Analytical skills to assess growth metrics, interpret data, and refine campus strategies.
- Growth hacking and sales skills to design and execute innovative outreach campaigns and convert leads into enrollments.
- Project management skills to plan, organize, and deliver multiple campus activities and events within timelines.
- Ability to work on-site in Vishakhapatnam and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Prior experience in campus ambassadorship, student outreach, edtech, or sales is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field preferred.
- Comfort with digital tools, social media platforms, and CRM or lead-tracking software is beneficial.
