About the Role

We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Campus Recruiter to join our recruitment team in Bangalore. The role involves managing campus hiring activities, building relationships with colleges, coordinating recruitment drives, and ensuring a smooth candidate hiring process.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and connect with colleges, universities, and placement teams for campus hiring.
- Build and maintain relationships with TPOs, placement coordinators, and college SPOCs.
- Plan and coordinate campus recruitment drives, both virtual and offline.
- Source and screen candidates as per business requirements.
- Coordinate interviews, assessments, documentation, and offer rollouts.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers using MS Excel/Google Sheets.
- Follow up with selected candidates until joining.




- Achieve assigned hiring targets within defined timelines.
- Support employer branding activities and campus engagement initiatives.

Eligibility & Skills

- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1-2 year of recruitment experience; freshers with strong communication skills can also apply.
- Prior experience in campus recruitment will be an advantage.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong follow-up and coordination abilities.
- Target-oriented and comfortable working in a quick-paced environment.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
