Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Cameraman role based in New Delhi. The Cameraman will be responsible for operating cameras to capture high-quality video content for health, fitness, and wellness productions across various platforms.

Daily tasks include setting up and adjusting camera equipment, coordinating lighting and framing, and collaborating with the production team to execute storyboards and shot lists.



The role also involves assisting in video and TV production workflows, maintaining equipment, and ensuring all footage aligns with Fitspire’s brand standards and messaging. The Cameraman will work closely with directors, producers, and creative teams to support content creation for marketing campaigns, social media, and promotional materials.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Camera Operation and Camera handling skills.
- Candidates should possess practical expertise in Lighting for indoor and outdoor shoots.
- Candidates should possess skills in Video Production, including framing, composition, and basic workflow.
- Knowledge of video formats, resolution standards, and basic editing software is beneficial.
- Ability to follow creative direction, work under time constraints, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Prior experience in commercial, social media, or broadcast shoots is preferred.
- Relevant diploma or degree in film, media, or related field is an advantage.
