Role Description This is a full-time on-site Caller role based in Hyderabad. The Caller will make outbound calls and handle inbound inquiries to share information about Arte Almanac’s workshops, events, and art services, while answering questions and guiding interested participants or clients through the next steps. Daily responsibilities include maintaining call logs and records in designated systems, following up on leads, confirming bookings, and coordinating with internal teams for scheduling and logistics.

The role also involves collecting feedback from participants, sharing updates or promotional information, and maintaining a courteous, professional tone in all interactions.



The Caller will work closely with the sales and events teams to support smooth execution of art workshops and projects and contribute to customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

- Robust communication and interpersonal skills, including clear spoken English and local language proficiency, and an ability to engage diverse audiences over the phone.
- Customer service and relationship-building skills to handle inquiries, resolve concerns, and maintain positive interactions with clients, participants, and partners.
- Basic computer literacy, including experience with spreadsheets, CRM or call-logging tools, and comfort working with digital records and scheduling systems.
- Organizational and time-management skills to handle call volumes, follow-up activities, and coordination with internal teams efficiently.
- Prior experience in telecalling, customer support, sales support, or front-line communication roles is preferred.
- Interest in art, events, or creative industries and willingness to learn about Arte Almanac’s offerings to communicate them accurately.
- Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad, collaborate with team members, and maintain a professional and inclusive approach with colleagues and clients.
- Minimum educational qualification of a high school diploma or equivalent; higher education in communications, marketing, or related fields is an advantage.
