About Opportunity The CAAS Manager is responsible for leading the delivery of recurring accounting and financial reporting services for a portfolio of U.S.-based clients. This role serves as the primary engagement manager for offshore accounting teams and works closely with U.S.-based Seniors, Managers, and Directors to ensure high-quality, timely service delivery.

The Manager will oversee accounting operations, month-end close processes, financial reporting, team development, client service execution, and continuous process improvement. This position requires strong technical accounting knowledge, exceptional project management skills, and the ability to lead multiple engagements simultaneously in a quick-paced professional services environment.

What You'll Do

Client Service Delivery

- Serve as the engagement lead for multiple recurring accounting clients.
- Coordinate daily delivery activities between India-based teams and U.S.-based client service leaders.
- Ensure all client deliverables are completed accurately, timely, and in accordance with service-level expectations.
- Participate in recurring client status meetings and internal engagement reviews.
- Monitor engagement progress, identify risks, and proactively escalate issues.
- Maintain strong working relationships with internal stakeholders.
- Support client onboarding, transitions, and process stabilization efforts.

Accounting & Financial Operations
- Oversee month-end, quarter-end,



and year-end close processes for assigned client portfolios.
- Review journal entries, account reconciliations, supporting schedules, and financial reports.
- Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP and client-specific accounting policies.
- Manage general ledger activities and financial statement preparation.
- Review balance sheet reconciliations and account analyses for completeness and accuracy.
- Support accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, fixed asset, and cash management processes.
- Assist clients with audit preparation and support external audit requests.

Quality Assurance & Control
- Establish and maintain high standards of service delivery and documentation.
- Perform detailed review of work prepared by Seniors and Associates.
- Ensure consistency in accounting processes, reporting packages, and workpaper documentation.
- Monitor engagement quality metrics and implement corrective actions as necessary.
- Identify accounting risks and compliance concerns.
- Support implementation of best practices across all recurring engagements.

Team Leadership & People Development
- Supervise Seniors, and Associates.
- Provide ongoing coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback.
- Conduct technical training on accounting processes, U.S. GAAP, and firm methodologies.
- Review team performance and support career development planning.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Assist with recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and retention initiatives.




- Build a high-performing team capable of supporting a growing client portfolio.

Process Improvement & Transformation
- Identify opportunities to streamline accounting processes through standardization and automation.
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Implement best practices for month-end close and financial reporting workflows.
- Support the adoption of technology solutions and reporting tools.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives across the India Practice.
- Drive operational excellence and scalability within recurring service engagements.

What We're Looking For

- Bachelor's/ Master's Degree in Accounting.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA), or Chartered Accountant qualification is Mandatory
- 7 years or more of accounting, finance, audit, or outsourced accounting experience
- 3+ years of team leadership or people management experience.
- Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting requirements.
- Experience managing month-end close processes and accounting operations. Required to maintain financial statement accuracy and quality in line with compliance with firm quality standards and documentation requirements.
- Experience supporting U.S.-based clients or multinational organizations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software applications.
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
