Roles and Responsibilities :

- Review of Accounting policies to ensure compliance with SEBI / ICAI guidelines.

- Review of valuation of securities to ensure compliance with SEBI regulations.

- Manage Total Expense Ratio (TER), Distributable TER (DTER), AMC Fees, Buffer-Spill over at scheme and Plan level.

- Finalisation of yearly/half yearly financials in line with SEBI regulation and INDAS guidelines.

- Manage audits – Statutory, Internal, SEBI Inspection, Tax audit

- Taxation – ensure timely and correct payment and filing of various tax returns (DDT, TDS, GST etc) and assessment process. Timely addressing of tax queries for the relevant assessment year from the tax authorities.

- Ensure all MIS is timely provided to all stakeholders / regulators and is accurate.

- Review Dividend Declaration MIS: Maintaining an MIS Dividend declared during the period and preparing MIS required monitoring the surplus.





- Review and timely submission of all Regulatory and adhoc reporting to compliance
- In addition to the above following are the activities need to be done

- Implementation of Recent Regulations,

- Ensuring all activities of the Fund Accountant are well coordinated and deliverable to the Fund Accountant from all stakeholders and service providers are on time.

- Ensuring all stakeholders concerns are taken care and there are no delivery related issues

- Attending to Tax compliance Notices

Job Requirements :

- Qualified Chartered Accountant

- Domain knowledge in PMS /AIF fund accounting, various securities traded in Indian capital market

- Proficiency in NAV calculation software such as Investran or similar tools.

- Basic knowledge of statutory audit procedures.
