Chartered Accountant (CA Fresher) Internal Audit (Financial Services)

Location: Mumbai

Role Overview

We are looking for recently qualified Chartered Accountants who have completed their Articleship with reputed CA firms and possess exposure to Internal Audit, Statutory Audit, Risk Advisory, or Financial Services clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Execute internal audit engagements for BFSI and Financial Services clients.
- Review and evaluate internal controls, business processes, and risk management frameworks.
- Perform process walkthroughs, control testing, and transaction testing.
- Identify control gaps and prepare audit observations with recommendations.
- Assist in drafting audit reports and presenting findings.
- Support risk assessments, compliance reviews, and process improvement initiatives.
- Document audit procedures, working papers, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).




- Coordinate with client stakeholders and engagement teams.

Desired Profile
- Qualified CA (2025/2026 pass-out).
- Articleship experience with Big 4/Big 6/Top CA firms preferred.
- Exposure to Internal Audit, Statutory Audit, IFC, SOX, Risk Advisory, Banking, NBFC, Insurance, or other FS clients.
- Robust understanding of accounting principles, audit methodology, and internal controls.
- Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Willingness to travel as per client requirements.

- Banks, NBFCs, Insurance, Asset Management, Fintech, Financial Institutions.
- Internal Audit, Risk Advisory, Concurrent Audit, IFC Testing, Regulatory Compliance.
