We are looking for a profile for the position of "CA- Deputy Manager - International Business" based in Ahmedabad location.

Qualification: CA (Mandatory)

Key Responsibilities :

- End-to-end ownership of Accounts & Finance for the business.
- Monthly, quarterly and annual financial closing and reporting.
- Preparation/review of P&L;, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow and MIS.
- Detailed P&L; analysis, variance analysis and management reporting.
- Budgeting, forecasting and cash-flow planning.
- Management of Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, ageing and working capital.
- Review of bank, customer, vendor and balance-sheet reconciliations.
- Inventory accounting, gross-margin and profitability analysis.
- Coordination for statutory, tax and regulatory compliance, and other applicable requirements.
- Coordination with statutory/internal auditors, tax consultants and external advisors.
- Ensure strong financial controls, SOPs, maker-checker and governance framework.




- Review intercompany transactions, reconciliations and cross-border accounting.
- Support management with business performance analysis and decision-making.
- Drive process improvement, automation and timely closure of finance issues.
- Coordinate closely with management and the India/International Business Finance team.

Candidate Profile

- Robust hands-on experience in financial accounting, MIS, closing, audit and controls.
- Good understanding of IFRS/Ind AS.
- Strong Excel and ERP/SAP capabilities.
- Experience in FMCG/Food/Distribution/Manufacturing would be preferred.
- Should be capable of independently handling the finance function, rather than only supervising transactional accounting.
- Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder-management skills.
