C++ Telecom OAM Engineer Bangalore

We are looking for a C++ Telecom Software Engineer with 4–8 years of experience to work on OAM (Operations, Administration & Maintenance) functionality for 4G/5G Core Networks.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop and enhance OAM/FCAPS functionality for telecom network elements.
- Develop and maintain software using C++ on Linux platforms.
- Work on OAM architecture, configuration, fault/alarm and performance management.
- Develop and integrate OAM interfaces using NETCONF, YANG, REST and JSON.
- Work with Docker, Kubernetes and microservices in distributed/cloud-native environments.
- Adapt OAM functionality for OpenStack/Kubernetes-based deployments.
- Collaborate with architecture, development, testing and other engineering teams to deliver telecom software solutions.
- Troubleshoot, debug and resolve software issues in complex telecom/networking environments.

Required Skills:





- 4–8 years of software development experience.
- Robust hands-on programming experience in C++.
- Good hands-on experience with Linux.
- Experience in Telecom / Wireless networks, preferably 4G/5G.
- Good understanding of OAM / FCAPS concepts and architecture.
- Exposure to NETCONF and YANG.
- Experience with Kubernetes / Docker / containerized or microservice-based applications.

Good to Have:

- Experience with REST APIs, JSON and OpenStack.
- Experience with ConfD.
- Exposure to 4G/5G Core network elements such as MME, Gateways, etc.
- Experience working in cloud-native telecom environments.
- Exposure to AI-assisted software development tools.

Location: Bangalore Work Mode: Work from Office – 5 days a week
