C++ Software Engineer

Tools experience required: C++, Multithreading, OOPs concepts, Design patterns, Data structures, QT, .NET, MFC, Git

Qualification: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related fields.

Job Duties:

- Develop, architect, and maintain high-performance C++ software solutions, ensuring scalability, reliability, and adherence to software engineering best practices for maintainable and robust code.
- Work closely with software, hardware, optics, and manufacturing teams across the globe to deliver robust vision solutions operating in real-time production environments.
- Maintaining and troubleshooting software used in imaging, motion control, and other hardware systems.

Desired Skills and Experience

- Minimum 5 years of experience in software design and implementation
- Must be proficient in C++ and Object Oriented Analysis & Object Oriented Design Methodologies
- Strong experience required in system architecture, software design, and UML diagram creation (use case, sequence, class,



and state diagrams)
- Knowledge of Standard Template Library (STL), BOOST or equivalent is required
- Proficiency in QT, Linux, TCP/IP Networking, multithreading, and inter-process communication is required. Win32/MFC experience is good to have.
- Experience with machine vision cameras, camera communication standards (GigE Vision, GenICam, USB3 Vision), and camera SDKs/libraries for image acquisition and processing is highly desirable.
- Candidates with robust mathematical skills in disciplines such as linear algebra, geometry, probability, and signal processing are welcome to apply. Experience in vision or image processing is a plus but not mandatory. Candidate should demonstrate the ability and motivation to quickly learn and grow in these domains.
- Prior experience with real-time systems is highly desirable.Role & responsibilities
