About the Role

We are looking for a Business Systems & AI Generalist who can support and improve the technology and digital systems used across our growing businesses.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys working across business systems, AI tools, automation, websites, integrations and internal IT rather than specializing in only one area.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and support day-to-day business software, internal systems and digital tools .
- Configure and make basic modifications to CRM, ERP and other business applications based on operational requirements.
- Identify opportunities to use AI and automation to improve internal workflows and productivity.
- Build and maintain basic automations, integrations, forms and workflows between business applications.
- Maintain company websites, landing pages and digital properties , including routine updates and troubleshooting.
- Support internal IT infrastructure , including laptops, phones, printers, Wi-Fi, email accounts and software setup.
- Manage employee system access, user accounts,



permissions and basic data/security practices.
- Troubleshoot technology-related issues and coordinate with external developers or technology vendors when required.
- Understand business processes and recommend practical technology solutions to simplify operations.
- Document systems, processes, credentials/access structures and technology assets.

What We're Looking For

- 1–2 years of relevant experience in business systems, IT, automation, software implementation or a related role.
- Comfortable working with CRM/ERP platforms, AI tools and business software .
- Basic understanding of APIs, integrations, automation tools and web technologies .
- Ability to manage and make basic changes to websites.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Curious about AI and emerging technologies and able to experiment with current tools.
- Comfortable working independently and learning technologies as business requirements evolve.
