Role Overview

We are looking for a Business Support team member to assist with daily operational tasks, transaction handling, and payment testing activities. This role is suitable for someone who is detail-oriented, adaptable, and willing to work in the high-risk payment industry. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Support day-to-day business and operational activities
- Assist in monitoring and handling payment transactions
- Conduct testing related to payment processes and systems
- Support troubleshooting and follow-up for transaction issues




- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth daily operations
- Help maintain accuracy and efficiency in payment-related workflows
- Use e-wallet and banking platforms as part of daily operational support
- May require to travel to another city for business purpose
