About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Business Operations Executive to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates who are interested in understanding business processes, coordinating with different teams, working with data, and contributing to day-to-day business operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Support day-to-day business and operational activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of business processes.
- Maintain and update operational records, reports, and databases.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
- Track key operational metrics and identify gaps or areas for improvement.
- Assist in monitoring workflows, processes, and task completion.




- Coordinate with clients, vendors, partners, or other stakeholders when required.
- Follow up on pending tasks and ensure timely closure.
- Identify operational issues and escalate them to the appropriate team members.
- Assist in improving existing processes and implementing new operational procedures.
- Perform data entry, data validation, and basic data analysis.
- Support management with ad-hoc reports, presentations, and business-related tasks.

Requirements
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Robust organizational and time-management abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
