Role Description This full time, on-site Business Intelligence Specialist role is based in Khed. The specialist will design, develop, and maintain business intelligence solutions, including dashboards, reports, and data models that support strategic and operational decision-making. Day-to-day responsibilities include gathering requirements from stakeholders, analyzing business and performance data, and translating findings into clear, actionable insights.

The role involves building and optimizing data pipelines, managing ETL processes,



and working with data warehousing structures to ensure data quality, integrity, and accessibility. The specialist will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify key metrics, improve reporting processes, and recommend data-driven improvements to talent management and digital workforce solutions.

Qualifications

- Strong analytical skills and data analytics capabilities to interpret complex data sets and present clear, actionable insights.
- Experience with data warehousing and Extract Transform Load (ETL) processes to design, maintain, and optimize data pipelines.
- Proficiency in data modeling, including designing logical and physical models that support reporting and BI solutions.
- Hands-on experience with business intelligence and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Qlik) and SQL-based querying.
- Familiarity with Oil & Gas or BFSI or Healthcare industry is a added advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders, communicate insights clearly, and prioritize multiple projects.
- Attention to detail, commitment to data quality, and a continuous improvement mindset.
