Position: Business Management Partner / Business Development & Operations Partner

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated, responsible and business-oriented individual to join us as a Business Management Partner. The person will be responsible for managing day-to-day business activities, developing new business opportunities, handling clients, coordinating operations and contributing to the overall growth and expansion of the business.

This position is suitable for someone who is ambitious, proactive, valuable at communication and interested in building a long-term business association, rather than simply working in a conventional employment role.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and coordinate day-to-day business operations.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities and potential clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors and business associates.
- Handle client communication, meetings, negotiations and follow-ups.
- Develop strategies for business growth, marketing and revenue generation.
- Coordinate with employees, professionals, vendors and other stakeholders.
- Monitor ongoing projects and ensure timely completion of assigned activities.
- Assist in financial planning, budgeting and monitoring of business expenses.
- Explore new markets, services and potential collaborations.
- Prepare business proposals, quotations, presentations and other necessary documents.
- Maintain records of clients, leads, transactions and business activities.
- Take responsibility for achieving mutually agreed business targets.
- Participate in decision-making and contribute new ideas for improving the business.
- Represent the business professionally before clients and external parties.




- Assist in expansion of the business and development of new revenue streams.

Experience Candidates with experience in business development, sales, operations, client management, administration, entrepreneurship or professional services will be preferred.

Freshers with exceptional communication skills, business understanding and an entrepreneurial mindset may also be considered.

Partnership Opportunity The selected candidate may initially work in a business management and development capacity, with the possibility of entering into a long-term business partnership based on performance, contribution, mutual understanding and business growth.

The exact role, responsibilities, remuneration/profit-sharing structure and partnership terms will be mutually discussed and agreed upon separately.
