Job Summary

RK Groups is looking for an experienced and commercially driven Business Head to lead overall business growth across FMCG, Retail, and Hospitality verticals. The role will be responsible for business strategy, revenue growth, P&L; management, operational excellence, team leadership, and expansion.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute business strategies to achieve revenue, profitability, and growth targets.
- Lead overall business operations across FMCG, Retail, and Hospitality verticals.
- Own P&L;, budgeting, cost control, margins, and financial performance.
- Drive sales, revenue growth, market expansion, and new business opportunities.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key clients, partners, vendors, and stakeholders.
- Lead and mentor sales, operations, and business teams.
- Establish and monitor KPIs to improve productivity and business performance.
- Drive operational efficiency, process improvement, and cost optimization.
- Explore new markets, locations, products, and business expansion opportunities.




- Ensure high standards of customer experience and service delivery.
- Present business performance, forecasts, and growth plans to senior management, review mechanism and metrices.

Candidate Profile

- 710+ years of experience in FMCG, Retail, Hospitality, QSR, Food Service, or related industries.
- Strong experience in P&L; management, business development, sales, and operations.
- Proven track record of driving revenue and profitability.
- Experience managing multi-location / large-scale business operations preferred.
- Solid leadership, strategic thinking, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent understanding of market expansion and commercial operations.
- MBA/PGDM in Business Management, Sales, Marketing, or Operations preferred.
