The Business Head will have end-to-end responsibility for driving business performance, developing the growth strategy, strengthening operations and building a high-performing organisation.

The role will involve working closely with the founders / board on key strategic priorities while translating the overall vision into clear execution plans.

Key Responsibilities

- Own the overall business P&L; and drive sustainable revenue and profitability growth.
- Develop and execute the company's short-term and long-term growth strategy.
- Identify recent growth opportunities across customers, channels, geographies and business segments.
- Drive operational excellence across the organisation and establish clear performance metrics.
- Work closely with functional leaders across sales, marketing, operations, finance, HR and other key functions.
- Build a strong performance-oriented culture and develop the next level of leadership.
- Use data, consumer insights and market intelligence to drive business decisions.
- Partner with founders / board on strategic initiatives, business planning and organisational priorities.
- Evaluate and implement initiatives that improve customer experience, efficiency and profitability.




- Represent the organisation with key external stakeholders, partners and other ecosystem participants.

Ideal Candidate Profile
- 7–9 years of overall professional experience .
- MBA from a top-tier B-School .
- Candidates with 2–4 years of experience in a leading strategy / management consulting firm , ideally with at least one promotion , will be strongly preferred.
- Should have demonstrated progression and increasing responsibility within their career.
- Candidates from healthcare, consumer businesses, QSR / restaurant chains or other scaled consumer-facing businesses can be considered.
- Strong candidates from consulting who have worked extensively on growth strategy, P&L;, operations, transformation or market expansion will also be relevant.
- Strong analytical and structured problem-solving capabilities.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to move from strategy to execution.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- High ownership, maturity and the ability to operate with considerable autonomy.
