Key Responsibilities

Business & Functional Analysis

- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.

- Conduct requirement workshops, interviews, and process assessment sessions.

- Create Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Specifications (FS), and User Stories.

- Map business processes and identify opportunities for optimization and automation.

- Collaborate with solution architects and developers to design system integrations and workflows.

- Review technical solutions to ensure alignment with business objectives.

- Support end-to-end solution design and implementation.

- Create process flow diagrams, wireframes, use cases, and data mapping documents.

- Ensure traceability between business requirements, functional requirements, and technical solutions.





- Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.

- Validate delivered solutions against business and technical requirements.

- Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams.

- Facilitate discussions and provide recommendations on solution options.

- Communicate project progress, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders.

- Support post-implementation activities and issue resolution.

- Perform impact analysis for system changes and enhancements.

Maintain system documentation and knowledge repositories.
