About the Role

We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Business Development skilled to join our recruitment firm. The role focuses on acquiring new clients, building long-term relationships, and driving revenue growth by offering tailored hiring solutions across industries.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the recruitment and staffing space
- Generate leads through networking, cold calling, email outreach, and industry events
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals
- Understand client hiring needs and propose customized recruitment solutions
- Negotiate commercial terms, contracts, and service agreements
- Collaborate with internal recruitment teams to ensure timely and quality delivery
- Track market trends, competitor activity, and hiring demands across sectors
- Achieve monthly/quarterly revenue and client acquisition targets

Key Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, HR,



or related field
- 0–2 years of experience in business development, preferably in recruitment/staffing
- Strong understanding of hiring processes and talent acquisition models
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a target-driven environment
- Strong networking and relationship-building abilities

- Revenue generated

- Client retention rate
- Conversion rate from leads to closures
- Average turnaround time for fulfilling client requirements
