Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Specialist role based in Bhubaneswar. The specialist will identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships with companies, institutions, and other stakeholders relevant to the academy’s programs. Day-to-day responsibilities include generating leads, conducting market research, managing prospective client pipelines, and preparing proposals and presentations.

The role involves meeting with potential partners, maintaining solid customer service standards, and supporting negotiations to close deals.



The specialist will also collaborate with internal teams to align offerings with market needs, track performance metrics, and contribute to strategic planning and growth initiatives.
