Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Specialist based in Chennai, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements.

The Business Development

Specialist will identify and nurture prospective students and partners, manage lead generation activities, and follow up through calls, emails, and meetings. The role involves conducting market research to understand demand for programs, tracking competitor activity, and contributing to the development of outreach strategies and campaigns. The specialist will handle inquiries, provide high-quality customer service, and guide prospects through admission or partnership processes.

Daily tasks include maintaining accurate records in CRM systems,



preparing basic performance reports, coordinating with marketing and academic teams, and supporting events, webinars, and information sessions.
