Role Description The Business Development Manager, Titan B2B role (Corporate Sales) is a full time, on-site position based in Pune City. This role is responsible for identifying and developing new B2B opportunities, building strong relationships with corporate clients, channel partners, and institutional buyers, and driving sales growth for Titan’s portfolio.

The Business Development

Manager will manage the end-to-end sales cycle, including lead generation, client meetings, solution proposals, negotiations, and closures. Day-to-day activities include market mapping, pipeline management, and collaborating with marketing, operations team to deliver customised offerings and ensure seamless execution. The role also involves monitoring competition, gathering market intelligence, preparing regular performance reports, and representing Titan at relevant events and presentations.

Qualifications

- Postgraduate qualification
- 6-8 years of experience in Corporate/B2B Sales




- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Result-oriented mindset with the ability to navigate ambiguity
- Understanding of market trends, commercial acumen, and Salesforce knowledge
- Experience in business development and key account management
