Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager with extensive experience in warehousing, logistics, and the 3PL industry. This role will be responsible for generating new business,

managing key accounts, driving revenue growth, and enhancing the company's market position in the logistics and supply chain sector. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of sales success in a rapid-paced,

client-facing environment, with a strong understanding of logistics and warehousing operations.

Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the logistics, warehouse, and 3PL sectors.
- Create and execute sales strategies to expand the client base and generate new leads.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects through various channels.
- Develop and manage relationships with key accounts, ensuring high customer satisfaction and longterm loyalty.
- Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their warehousing, transportation, and

supply chain requirements.




- Foster a high-performance sales culture and contribute to team development and success.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify new opportunities and threats.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery for clients.
- Drive the closing of high-value deals and ensure contractual obligations are met.
- Lead contract negotiations with prospective clients, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and conditions.
