About the Role
We are seeking a proactive Business Development Manager for our Credence real estate brand. This role is dedicated to expanding our property management footprint, managing owner and tenant relationships, and driving business growth across residential and commercial properties.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
- Property Sourcing & Onboarding: Identify, pitch, and secure property management agreements with property owners and real estate developers.
- Listings & Digital Marketing: Capture property details, curate photos/walkthroughs, and publish listings across digital real estate platforms to generate verified leads.
- Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary advisor for property owners, buyers, and tenants, ensuring smooth communication and high retention rates.
- Deal Closing & Documentation:
Facilitate property viewings, negotiate terms, draft rental/sale contracts, and coordinate handover operations.
- Market Research: Monitor local real estate trends, competitor pricing, and rental yields to consult clients on asset value optimization.
Qualifications:
- 2–4 years of experience in Real Estate Sales, Leasing, or Property Management.
- Solid negotiation, interpersonal, and deal-closing skills.
- Proficiency with listing platforms and real estate CRM software.
