Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate current leads through calls, field visits, references, and other sources.

- Connect with property owners and understand their property management requirements.

- Explain PMS services such as Lease Model, FRM, TRM, ORM, and other property management solutions.

- Conduct meetings and property visits with potential clients.

- Follow up regularly with leads and convert them into clients.

- Maintain strong relationships with existing and new property owners.

- Coordinate with the operations team for smooth onboarding of new properties.

- Maintain daily sales reports and update lead status regularly.

- Achieve monthly sales and business development targets.

- Handle client queries and provide appropriate solutions.

- Keep track of market trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.

Pay: ₹20,000.13 - ₹35,000.83 per month
