nPay FX is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead and expand our business operations across the region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, managing key partnerships, ensuring operational excellence, and leading a high-performing team to achieve business objectives.

nKey Responsibilities:

n1. Business Growth & Sales Leadership:

nIdentify and onboard new clients, merchants, and partners to expand Pay FX's market share.

nDrive adoption of Pay FX's payment solutions among businesses in Bangalore

nMonitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to refine strategies.

n2. Key Account & Relationship Management:





nBuild and maintain robust relationships with enterprise clients, Channel Partners. banks, fintech partners, and distributors.

nEnsure high customer satisfaction and retention through exceptional service delivery.

nResolve escalated customer issues and ensure smooth business operations.

n3. Operational Excellence & Compliance:

nEnsure adherence to company policies, regulatory guidelines, and risk management protocols.

nOversee regional logistics, distribution, and support functions for seamless operations.

nAnalyze sales data, generate reports, and provide insights to senior management.
