Hiring | Business Development Manager – Influencer Marketing

Business Development Manager to drive new brand acquisition and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

Own the end-to-end business development cycle — prospecting, pitching, negotiation and closure. Identify and acquire new brands across Beauty, Skincare, Wellness, Fashion, Lifestyle, Food, D2 C and emerging categories. Build and manage a strong new-business pipeline. Develop relationships with Founders, CMOs, Marketing Heads, Brand Managers and agency decision-makers. Understand client objectives, marketing requirements and budgets.

Pitch Influencer

Marketing, Creator Collaborations and Digital Marketing Solutions. Lead commercial discussions and independently close business. Build long-term client relationships and drive repeat business, upselling and cross-selling. Monitor market trends, competitor activity, brand launches and emerging opportunities. Work closely with Campaign Management and Talent Management teams to deliver client solutions.



Guide BDEs/Associates and support pipeline and conversion tracking. Requirements

3–6 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Client Acquisition, Media Sales, Influencer Marketing or Digital Marketing. Agency experience is mandatory. Proven track record of lead generation, new-client acquisition and independent deal closure.

Strong understanding of the Influencer Marketing / Creator / Digital ecosystem. Excellent communication, pitching, presentation and negotiation skills. Strong commercial and revenue orientation. Ability to work in a quick-paced, target-driven environment.

Beauty / Skincare / Wellness experience will be an added advantage.
