Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and build relationships with key stakeholders in semiconductor companies (HR, Engineering Managers, Talent Acquisition Heads, etc.)

- Pitch trained resources (freshers and laterals) for contract staffing models.

- Understand client hiring needs for VLSI, ASIC, Physical Design, Verification, and DFT roles.

- Coordinate with internal training and talent teams to match trained profiles with client requirements.

- Achieve placement targets and build a repeatable client pipeline.

- Maintain client relationships for repeat business and feedback on candidate performance.

- Represent the company at industry events, hiring expos, and client meetings.

Key Requirements:

- 7 to 10 years of experience in business development, corporate staffing, technical hiring,



or talent placement in the semiconductor or electronics industry.

- Solid understanding of semiconductor hiring needs ASIC, SoC, Physical Design, DFT, Verification, etc.

- Existing network in semiconductor or EDA firms is a strong advantage.

- Proven ability to generate leads, negotiate terms, and close placement deals.

- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

- Self-motivated, target-driven, and organized.

Educational Qualification:

- Bachelors degree in Electronics, Engineering, or related field.

- MBA in Marketing, HR, or Business (preferred but not mandatory).
