Role: Business Development Manager IT Projects / IT Sales

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and acquire new clients for IT services and software development projects.

- Generate leads through LinkedIn, Upwork, Freelancer, portals, cold calling, email campaigns, and networking.

- Understand client requirements and coordinate with the technical team to propose suitable solutions.

- Prepare proposals, presentations, and commercial quotations for clients.

- Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to project closure.

- Build and maintain long-term relationships with international and domestic clients.

- Participate in client meetings, negotiations, and contract discussions.

- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.





- Maintain sales pipeline and update CRM regularly.

- Explore opportunities on IT outsourcing, web development, mobile app development, AI, cloud services, etc.

Required Skills

- Proven experience in IT services sales or IT project acquisition.

- Robust knowledge of online bidding platforms (Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, Guru, etc.).

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Ability to understand technical requirements and convert them into business opportunities.
