NAbout the Role

nHelen O'Grady International India is looking for a energetic and results-driven Business Development & Sales Manager to lead our Sales & Business expansion initiatives across Mumbai. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in sales, business development and relationship management who can identify high-potential business partners and successfully guide them through the entire Business acquisition journey.

NKey Responsibilities:

- Identify, qualifyand engage prospective Business partners through various channels including digital campaigns, referrals, networking, and inbound enquiries.

- Manage the complete sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups and accurate CRM updates.
N
- Guide candidates through the evaluation and onboarding process, including territory discussions, documentation and agreement coordination.
N
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
N
- Conduct market researchand territory analysis to identify expansion opportunities across Mumbai.
N
- Track pipeline performance, conversion rates and sales targets while providing regular reports to management.
N
- Represent the brand at Business expos,



networking events and business development meetings when required.

nRequirements:

- Bachelor's degreein Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
N
- 3–5 years of experiencein Business Development and Sales.
N
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
N
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
N
- Strong analytical and territory planning skills.
N
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
N

nPreferred Qualifications:

N- Experience working witheducation, training, retail, hospitality, fitness, or service-based franchise businesses.
