As we scale our operations, we are looking for an ambitious, seasoned sales professional to establish and drive our expansion across South Kerala (Trivandrum to Kottayam).

Key Details

- Role: Senior Sales Lead / Business Development Manager
- Territory: South Kerala (Base: Trivandrum | Coverage: Trivandrum, Kollam, Pathanamthitta, Kottayam)
- Experience: 5+ Years in B2B field sales / high-value project sales

What Youll Do

- Territory Growth: Build and manage our South Kerala sales pipeline from scratch, operating out of Trivandrum with active coverage across regional hubs up to Kottayam.
- Specifier Outreach: Connect directly with architects, interior designers, MEP consultants, and premium builders to get Curated Dots specified into active briefs.
- End-to-End Sales: Identify premium developments from early structure to final fit-out, driving pitches, presentations, and deal closures.




- Collaborative Pitching: Work alongside our central Kochi design studio to translate client concepts into structured, high-spec technical proposals.

What Were Looking For

- Experience: 5+ years of hands-on project/field sales experience.
- Network: Strong, active connections within the architect, interior designer, and builder ecosystems in South Kerala.
- Fit-Out Advantage: Prior experience in selling final-stage architectural fit-out products (architectural lighting, automation, acoustics, premium surfaces, or fenestrations) is a major plus.
- Mindset: Entrepreneurial drive, high accountability, and the confidence to scale a territory independently.
