Are you a proven sales leader with strong experience in the digital payments and EDC (Electronic Data Capture) space? We are looking for an ambitious Sales Team Lead to drive merchant acquisition, mentor a high-performing sales team, and scale our merchant acceptance network!

???? ??????????: Manage, mentor, and track performance for a team of active sales executives/BDMs.
???????? ???????????: Drive sales strategy to acquire SMBs, retail accounts, and enterprise clients for EDC/POS terminals and value-added payment solutions.
???????? & ?????? ??????????: Own team quotas, manage lead pipelines, and maintain high terminal deployment metrics.
??????? ???????????: Build key relationships with local merchant associations and referral networks.
????? ???????? & ????????: Conduct joint field visits, monitor team productivity, track active deployment, and assist with complex.
?????????: Track daily MIS, active terminal metrics,
and submit regular updates to the Area Manager.
???? ??????? ???:
1. 2–3+ years of hands-on experience in EDC / POS terminal sales or Merchant Acquiring.
2. 1–2+ years in a supervisory/team leading role managing ground sales or field sales teams with min 10 FSEs.
3. Deep understanding of payment gateways, merchant discount rates (MDR), and merchant onboarding processes.
4. Proven track record of consistently exceeding regional sales targets.
5. Education: Min Graduate Required.
6. Assets Required: Personal two-wheeler + valid Driving License + Android Smartphone.
7. Skills: Strong local market knowledge, negotiation, and target driven mindset.
