About the Role

We are hiring a Business Development Manager for a leading Aerospace & Defence organization. This role involves supporting strategic business initiatives, engaging with government and defence stakeholders, and driving growth opportunities in high-technology defence programs.

Key Responsibilities

- Support business development activities related to defence and aerospace programs under the Government of India
- Participate in technical, commercial, and coordination meetings with foreign OEMs and defence authorities
- Conduct market research, track opportunities, and engage with defence establishments and stakeholders
- Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and business reports for management
- Travel across India and internationally for meetings, inspections, and project coordination
- Represent the organization professionally in official and international forums
- Maintain business development documentation, meeting records, and follow-up trackers

Skills & Competencies





- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High level of professionalism, confidence, and presentability
- Robust coordination and stakeholder management abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams

Technical Skills

- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Strong presentation and reporting skills
- Familiarity with email and document management systems

Qualifications

- Graduation / B.Tech / M.Tech / MBA
- 8–10 years of relevant experience
- Experience in Aerospace & Defence domain preferred

Work Requirements

- Willingness to travel within India and internationally
- Comfortable working with defence environments such as Army, Navy, and Air Force bases
