Role Description This is a full time, on-site Business Development Manager role based in Kochi & Calicut.

The Business Development

Manager will identify and pursue new business opportunities, develop and maintain client relationships, and support revenue growth across key markets. Daily responsibilities include prospecting and qualifying leads, preparing and delivering sales presentations, and collaborating with internal teams to craft tailored brand engagement proposals. The role involves negotiating contracts, tracking sales pipelines, and providing regular performance updates and market insights to leadership.

Manager will also represent the company at industry events and work closely with marketing teams to align business development initiatives with brand strategies.

Qualifications

- Business development and sales skills, including lead generation, opportunity qualification, and account management.
- Client relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to build trust and long-term partnerships.
- Strategic planning and market analysis skills, including understanding of brand engagement, advertising, and digital ecosystems.
- Negotiation, presentation, and communication skills, with strong proficiency in preparing proposals and delivering pitches.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams in marketing, creative, and operations to deliver integrated solutions.
- Relevant experience in media, advertising, marketing, or brand engagement agencies is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent qualification is an advantage.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced environment, with strong organizational skills and a results-oriented mindset.
- 2-5 years of sales experience in Media Sales preferred.
