Roles and Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute business strategies to drive growth through new client acquisition, retention, and expansion of existing relationships.

- Manage a team of recruiters to achieve sales targets and provide guidance on best practices for client engagement.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform strategic decisions.
Job Requirements :
- 5-10 years of experience as a Business Development Manager or similar role in IT services or consulting.
- Proven track record of success in client acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
- Strong understanding of the domestic staffing industry with knowledge of current trends and regulations.
