About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Intern – Inside Sales to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for lead generation, client communication, follow-ups, and supporting the sales team in converting potential leads into business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new leads through calls, online research, social media, and other channels.
- Contact potential clients and introduce company services.
- Understand client requirements and explain suitable services.
- Follow up with leads regularly through calls and messages.
- Maintain and update lead and customer information.
- Schedule meetings and coordinate with the sales/business development team.
- Assist in converting qualified leads into clients.
- Maintain daily sales and follow-up reports.
- Build and maintain good relationships with prospective clients.
- Achieve assigned daily/weekly/monthly lead generation and sales targets.




- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
- Support the team in achieving overall business development goals.

Requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of sales and lead generation.
- Confident in speaking with clients over phone calls.
- Good follow-up and convincing skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Sheets.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Freshers and candidates with relevant internship experience can apply.
