Role Overview

As a Business Development Intern at Mantra Care, you’ll gain hands-on experience in identifying potential clients, building relationships, and supporting the expansion of our corporate partnerships. This role offers an exciting opportunity for fresh graduates and early-career professionals to develop their business development skills and kick-start their careers in a agile, high-impact environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Research and identify potential B2B clients in target markets.
- Assist in reaching out to HR professionals and business leaders to introduce MantraCare’s EAP and wellness solutions.
- Support the team in building and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Contribute to achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to improve client engagement.




- Maintain accurate records of outreach activities and track performance metrics using CRM tools.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Open to fresh graduates and candidates with up to 1–2 years of experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Confident, proactive, and goal-oriented approach.
- Ability to build rapport and develop professional relationships.
- Genuine interest in HR technology, employee wellbeing, and corporate wellness.
- Comfortable working in a hybrid environment with flexibility, adaptability, and a sense of ownership.
