We are seeking a confident and motivated Business Development Intern to join our Sales team and support our US market operations. The ideal candidate should be comfortable with cold calling, follow-ups, meeting setting, and building professional relationships with prospective clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective clients in the US market and generate business opportunities.
- Identify and qualify prospects and schedule relevant meetings for the sales team.
- Follow up with prospects regularly and build solid professional relationships.
- Maintain accurate lead, call, meeting, and follow-up records in the CRM.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely follow-ups and smooth progression of opportunities.
- Meet defined calling, follow-up, and meeting-setting targets.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field is preferred.
- Excellent spoken English and strong communication skills.
- Confident and comfortable with cold calling and client interaction.
- Good interpersonal, follow-up, and relationship-building skills.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office and comfort with CRM-based work.
- Freshers with a strong interest in Sales/Business Development are encouraged to apply.
