About the Role

nWe are looking for an energetic and motivated Business Development Executive to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity for fresh graduates who are interested in client acquisition, and business development and want to build a career in the staffing and recruitment industry.

nKey Responsibilities

- Identify and research potential clients and new business opportunities.
n
- Reach out to companies through LinkedIn, email, calls, and other channels.
n
- Generate and qualify leads and connect with hiring decision-makers.
n
- Understand client hiring needs and introduce our recruitment services.
n
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
n
- Follow up consistently with prospects and maintain accurate activity records.
n
- Meet monthly lead generation and client onboarding targets.
n




- Work closely with the recruitment team to support new client requirements.
n

nRequirements

n

n
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
n
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
n
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
n
- Good confidence and willingness to make calls and connect with clients.
n
- Comfortable using LinkedIn and basic MS Office/Google Workspace tools.
n
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to learn.
n
- Prior sales, business development, or recruitment exposure is a plus, but not required.
