Collar Assist provides outsourced accounting and bookkeeping support to US firms and businesses dealing with staff shortages and rising costs. We're hiring a Business Development Executive to open doors with US decision-makers and book meetings.

Key Responsibilities

- Run outbound outreach across 4 channels Cold Calling, LinkedIn, Email, and SMS/Text — to book meetings with US prospects
- Research each target account and write personalised, 1-to-1 messages (no bulk automation)
- Cold call US executives, navigate gatekeepers, and reach the decision-maker
- Pitch Accounting Process Outsourcing (APO) on value — scalability, solving staff shortages — not just low cost
- Work full US business hours (EST) for real-time calls, messaging and follow-ups
- Track outreach activity and meeting bookings

Must-Have

- 2–5 years in outbound sales, business development, or lead generation (US market)




- Proven multi-channel outbound experience: Cold Calling, LinkedIn, Email, SMS/Text
- Confident US-facing cold calling — comfortable with senior executives and gatekeepers
- Skilled at manual, researched, personalised outreach
- Basic understanding of US accounting/bookkeeping — US GAAP, tax forms like 1040/1120 and the US accounting talent shortage
- Familiarity with QuickBooks Online, Xero, or NetSuite
- Near-native spoken and written English — error-free outreach copy
- Able to work full US business hours (EST night shift, India time)
- Open to candidates from other sales backgrounds with at least basic accounting/bookkeeping awareness

Valuable-to-Have

- Self-sourcing and list-building skills, beyond leads provided
- Comfortable explaining FTE, hourly, and project-based pricing models
