Key Responsibilities

- Identify and reach out to potential clients through calls, WhatsApp, email, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Generate new business leads and convert prospects into clients.
- Understand client requirements and introduce Uptract.ai’s services and solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Conduct follow-ups and manage the sales pipeline effectively.
- Schedule client meetings and coordinate with the technical team when required.
- Achieve assigned monthly business development and sales targets.
- Maintain records of leads, follow-ups, meetings, and conversions.
- Research market opportunities and identify potential business segments.
- Contribute ideas to improve lead generation and sales strategies.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Good communication skills in Tamil and English.




- Confident in speaking with clients and explaining services.
- Good interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Basic knowledge of computers, email, WhatsApp, and LinkedIn.
- Willingness to learn about AI, software, websites, and digital solutions.
