Profile: Business Development Executive Experience: 2-5 Years Location: Jaipur, Alwar CTC: Up to 6 LPA

Key Responsibilities Generate leads and identify new business opportunities for uniform manufacturing/supply contracts. Conduct client visits, presentations and meetings to understand uniform requirements. Prepare and share quotations, follow up on proposals and drive deal closure.

Maintain and update the sales pipeline and CRM with accurate, current data. Coordinate with internal design and production teams to ensure smooth order execution. Build relationships with clients to encourage repeat orders and referrals.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned by the BD Manager.

Candidate Requirements 2-5 years of B2B sales experience; experience in uniforms, apparel, textiles or corporate gifting preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Target-driven with a proactive, self-starter attitude. Comfortable with field sales, client visits and cold outreach. Reliable career history preferred.
