Role Description This is an on-site internship role for a Business Development Executive based in Lucknow. The intern will support new business development by identifying potential clients, researching target markets, and assisting in outreach activities. Daily tasks include generating leads through calls, emails, and social platforms, maintaining accurate records of prospects, and following up to schedule meetings or demos.

The role also involves assisting with account management activities, coordinating with the digital marketing team to understand service offerings, and helping prepare proposals or presentations. The intern will interact with clients and internal stakeholders, gaining exposure to sales processes, negotiation basics,



and relationship-building in a fast-paced digital marketing environment.

Qualifications

- Ability to support New Business Development activities, including identifying opportunities and contributing to growth initiatives.
- Strong Lead Generation skills, with the capacity to research prospects and engage potential clients through multiple channels.
- Understanding of core Business concepts, such as market research, sales cycles, and basic commercial awareness.
- Effective Communication skills, including clear spoken and written communication and professional client interaction.
- Capability in Account Management, including maintaining client information, tracking follow-ups, and supporting relationship-building.
- Interest in digital marketing services (SEO, SMM, PPC, web development) and willingness to learn service offerings.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks in an in office environment.
- Comfort working with CRM tools, spreadsheets, and online communication platforms; basic computer proficiency is expected.
- Educational background in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory for motivated learners.
