OX Connections LLP is looking for a Business Development Executive to join our team in Mumbai.

We work in the wiring harness, connectors and electrical components industry. We are looking for someone who can bring in new customers, understand their requirements, follow up with them and help grow our business.

Job Details

Experience: 3–4 years

Salary: 30,000 – 40,000 per month

Location: Grant Road (E), Mumbai

Job Type: Full-Time

What you will be doing

- Find new customers and business opportunities.
- Contact companies and introduce our products and services.
- Build good relationships with new and existing customers.
- Understand customer requirements and coordinate with our team for quotations and samples.
- Follow up with customers regularly and convert enquiries into orders.
- Visit customers when required for meetings and discussions.
- Keep track of enquiries, follow-ups and ongoing business opportunities.
- Work with our internal teams to make sure customer requirements are handled properly.
- Keep an eye on the market and find new opportunities for the company.




- Work towards achieving sales targets.
- Represent the company at exhibitions, trade fairs and industry events when required.

Who we are looking for

- 3–4 years of experience in Business Development or B2B Sales.
- Experience in wiring harnesses, connectors, electrical/electronic components, automotive or industrial products will be an advantage.
- Positive communication and convincing skills.
- Someone who is comfortable speaking with customers and making new connections.
- Good follow-up skills and a positive attitude.
- Should be comfortable working towards sales targets.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office and email.
- Good English and Hindi communication. Marathi will be an added advantage.

Note: You may need to travel for customer meetings, exhibitions, trade fairs and other business-related activities from time to time. Pay: ₹30,595.71 - ₹40,980.84 per month
