About the Role

MHS Media is seeking enthusiastic and motivated graduates to join its Business Development team. This opportunity is ideal for candidates looking to begin their careers in sales, client relationship management, and business development.

The selected candidate will connect with prospective clients, communicate the company’s services, identify business opportunities, and support the team in achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and approach prospective clients through calls, emails, and meetings.
- Understand client requirements and introduce relevant company services.
- Generate and qualify leads to create recent business opportunities.
- Build positive client relationships through consistent communication and timely follow-ups.
- Support the sales team in achieving monthly business targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and follow-up activities.





Eligibility and Skills

- Graduate in any discipline, including BBA, B.Com, BCA, or equivalent; MBA graduates are also welcome.
- Fresh graduates and candidates with up to one year of experience may apply.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and confidence in engaging with potential clients.
- Basic understanding of sales and customer interaction.
- A proactive approach, willingness to learn, and ability to work towards targets.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
