Role & responsibilities
- Develop recent customers and business opportunities in the API/pharmaceutical market.
- Generate leads and convert prospects into customers.
- Manage existing customer relationships and ensure repeat business.
- Handle inquiries, quotations, negotiations, follow-ups, and order closure.
- Coordinate with Production, QA/QC, Regulatory, Supply Chain, and Finance teams.
- Achieve monthly/annual sales targets.
- Monitor market trends,competitors, pricing, and customer requirements.
- Attend customer meetings, exhibitions, and industry events as required.
