Role Description This is a full-time Business Development Executive internship in a hybrid setup, based in Ahmedabad with some flexibility for work from home. The intern will support new business development by identifying potential clients, conducting market research, and contributing to lead generation activities through online and offline channels. Daily tasks include reaching out to prospects, assisting in client presentations, maintaining CRM records, and coordinating with the marketing team to align proposals with TDM’s digital services.





The role also involves supporting account management activities such as follow-ups, basic reporting, and ensuring a positive client experience. The intern will gain hands-on exposure to digital marketing solutions while contributing to revenue growth and long-term client relationships.

- Candidates should possess skills in New Business Development and Business understanding to identify opportunities and contribute to growth initiatives.
- Candidates should possess skills in Lead Generation to research prospects, build pipelines, and support outreach activities.
- Candidates should possess solid Communication skills to interact with clients, prepare presentations, and collaborate with internal teams.
- Candidates should possess skills in Account Management to assist with client follow-ups, relationship maintenance, and service coordination.
- Additional beneficial qualifications include familiarity with digital marketing concepts, basic MS Office or Google Workspace proficiency, and comfort working in a hybrid environment in Ahmedabad.
