Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Executive role based in Gurugram.

The Business Development

Executive will identify and pursue new business opportunities, build relationships with prospective students and corporate partners, and promote relevant management and distance education programs. Daily responsibilities include conducting lead generation activities, following up with inquiries, presenting program offerings, and maintaining accurate records of interactions and conversions. The role also involves collaborating with counselors and marketing teams to align outreach strategies,



attending events or sessions to represent Infinity Education, and providing clear, professional communication to support admissions growth.

- Candidates should possess skills in New Business Development and Business to drive growth and expand market presence.
- Candidates should possess skills in Lead Generation to identify, qualify, and nurture prospective learners and partners.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to engage effectively with working professionals, institutional partners, and internal teams.
- Candidates should possess Account Management skills to maintain ongoing relationships and provide consistent support throughout the admission cycle.
- Relevant experience in education services, admissions, counseling support, or sales is beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Gurugram, manage multiple prospects, and meet targets in a structured, professional manner.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools and basic CRM or database systems is an advantage.
