We are looking for an experienced and target-driven Business Development Executive with 2–3 years of experience in healthcare, medical devices, dental, pharma, or a related industry.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop new business opportunities and generate qualified leads.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, dentists, hospitals, clinics, and distributors.
- Promote healthcare products and drive product adoption.
- Conduct client visits, product demonstrations, and regular follow-ups.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Identify market opportunities and monitor competitor activities.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to conversion.
- Maintain accurate customer and sales records.

Requirements:

- 2–3 years of relevant experience in healthcare,



dental, medical devices, pharma, or related industries.
- Solid communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to achieve sales/business development targets.
- Good relationship-building and customer management skills.
- Willingness to travel for client and field visits.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and result-oriented.

Preferred: Experience working with dentists, dental clinics, hospitals, or medical/dental distributors. Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
