Role

We are looking for a driven Business Development professional to identify potential investors, HNIs and strategic partners and facilitate high-value business opportunities for Chira Meadows.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and qualify potential investors, HNIs and strategic partners.
- Build and manage a strong investor and partnership pipeline.
- Conduct market and investor research to identify relevant opportunities.
- Generate opportunities through networking, direct outreach, referrals and industry connections.
- Initiate communication and build relationships with prospective investors and partners.
- Coordinate investor meetings, presentations, property visits and follow-ups.
- Assist management with pitch decks, proposals and commercial discussions.
- Support negotiations and move qualified opportunities towards closure.
- Maintain accurate records and regularly report pipeline and business-development activities.

Candidate Profile

- Minimum 3 years of experience in Business Development,



Investment Sales, Fundraising, Financial Services, Real Estate, Hospitality or Strategic Partnerships.
- Solid networking, communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
- Confident in dealing with HNIs, investors, business owners and senior decision-makers.
- Strong research, follow-up and relationship-management abilities.
- Target-oriented with the ability to independently generate opportunities.
- Existing investor/HNI/corporate network will be an advantage.
- Willingness to travel for meetings and business development.

Key Expectation

- This is not a conventional lead-generation BDE role. The candidate will be expected to identify qualified investment opportunities, facilitate investor conversations and contribute towards bringing investment and strategic partnerships to Chira Meadows.
- Minimum Commitment: Candidates should be willing to commit to a minimum tenure of 2 years.
- Ability to work flexible hours, weekends and holidays as required by resort operations.
